Visio 2019: Register

NOTE: You need your Product Key to register your copy of Visio 2019.

If you didn't copy your Product Key at download time, log onto the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. Find Visio Professional 2019, 64-bit in the Software section, then hit the View Key button to view your 25-character Product Key.

  1. Run Visio 2019.

  2. If you haven't registered your copy of Visio, an "Activate Office" pop-up window appears:

  3. Hit the Enter a product key instead link below the "Next" button.

  4. Enter your 25-character product key in the text box provided, then hit Install:

  5. If you entered your valid product key correctly, Visio applies it and registers your copy of the program.

NOTE: Should you ever need to re-install Visio on the same machine, you will need to re-enter your product key.
